This avatar series started in 2016, when I hand-drew a base character that has stayed with me ever since. After using it for many years, I thought about changing it — but I couldn’t bring myself to replace it entirely. So instead, I began updating it from time to time, adding small changes that reflect my mood, holidays, or whatever was going on in my life at the moment.
